Why cooperative?
Traditionally, Full-Service suggests a designer manages all parts of the process – including sourcing, purchasing, and storing all goods on a client’s behalf until installation day.
An amazing service if you’ve got a warehouse in your backyard and a team of muscle on standby.
I don’t.
Here’s my process:
I’ll craft a design narrative that tells your story via my distinct point of view.
I’ll create a design concept based on your singular style and source all furnishings (both readymade, and vintage). And to sidestep the need for a warehouse, I’ll provide you with a detailed product source list so you can easily handle ordering and procurement.
Expect weekly follow up emails, in-person site visits to check on progress, and once all items have arrived, I’ll return to install covetable second-hand art and accessories I’ve sourced specially with your project in mind.
What’s the benefit to you?
By handling the product management you cut back on my hours and you don’t have to wait to see progress. And because I’m returning at the end to accessorize and style your space, you still get the dopamine hit of the big magazine-worthy reveal.
